Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you. In such cases, the 14-day return period does not apply.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
